Udaipur, The dissemination of knowledge through Navlakha Mahal Cultural Center is being undertaken. These thoughts were expressed by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Professor at Maharana Acharya Sanskrit College, affiliated with Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He was addressed as a distinguished guest at the 'Unsung Freedom Fighter's Life Story storytelling competition 2023, organized by Navlakha Mahal Cultural Center for students. He emphasized that we must remember those freedom fighters who remain historically obscure. Navlakha Mahal has organized this event to recall and honor their contributions, and I extend my congratulations to the management for this initiative.
Dr. Sharma highlighted that while heritage may be passed down in the form of wealth, relationships, and possessions, knowledge is acquired through proper circumstances and direction. Navlakha Mahal is playing a significant role in disseminating knowledge through various projects. He also mentioned the pivotal role played by Swami Dayanand Saraswati and Arya Samaj in inspiring the freedom struggle and driving the nation towards independence. Many unsung heroes who sacrificed their lives for the cause of freedom are not well-known. Remembering them would be a true tribute.
Furthermore, he stated that Navlakha Mahal is significant in the freedom struggle. Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati spent six months in Shahpura, inspiring people through the propagation of the Satyarth Prakash. The institution has a rich history intertwined with freedom fighters' contributions. He emphasized the importance of remembering these aspects.
Acclaimed Bollywood actor and director Mr. Ashok Banthia, the event's chief guest, noted that he feels honored to be associated with Navlakha Mahal and sees the institution's projects as a means of inspiring patriotism and culture among students.
The event saw the hosting of a competition for junior and senior students, where 40 participants showcased their inspirational and captivating stories. Participants were honored with certificates and mementos. Additionally, special awards were given to students who have excelled in Arya Jagat's hymn teachings.
The program was organized by Navlakha Mahal Cultural Center's Youth Unit under the leadership of Ms. Richa Piyush. Dr. Amritlal Tapadiya, Joint Minister of the Nyas, graced the event. Various dignitaries and members of Arya Samaj were also present to witness the occasion.
