Jaipur, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani on Thursday participated in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ by hoisting the national flag at his official residence in Jaipur.
Speaking on the occasion, Devnani described the tricolor as the pride of India, symbolizing the sacrifices of freedom fighters, the courage of soldiers, and the honor of citizens. He emphasized that respecting the national flag should be an integral part of every citizen’s life.
Urging the people of Rajasthan to celebrate the campaign like a festival, Devnani called on citizens to hoist the tricolor at their homes, schools, shops, establishments, and offices. “Hoisting the tricolor is not only a symbol of patriotism, but also an opportunity to pass on the legacy of national pride to future generations,” he said.
Addressing youth and children in particular, Devnani encouraged them to understand the significance of the national flag, uphold its dignity, and keep patriotism at the forefront of their lives. He noted that the campaign, initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has evolved into one of the world’s largest democratic and cultural celebrations.
Expressing confidence, Devnani said the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ would inspire a wave of patriotism across the state, where every heart beats in unison with the spirit of the tricolor.
