Rajasthan Celebrity Cricket League Begins Today Social Media Influencers from Across the State to Hit the Ground in Udaipur

Udaipur, Rajasthan – For the first time ever, the Rajasthan Celebrity Cricket League (RCCL) is being organized in the City of Lakes, Udaipur, bringing together top social media influencers who have millions of followers and have earned celebrity status online.

Hosted by We Vagad Association Udaipur, all the matches of this star-studded cricket league will be played at the Phuket Sports Academy, located near Urban Square Mall. The grand inauguration will be done by Udaipur District Collector Namit Mehta.

RCCL organizers and renowned influencers PJ & Divya and Roshni Barot, along with all team captains, launched the official tournament T-shirts at the Yaari Tu showroom located on 100 Feet Road, Shobhagpura.

Providing insights about the league, Pankaj Joshi (PJ) shared that the two-day tournament will take place on August 5 and 6, with matches scheduled from 12 PM to midnight. A total of 6 teams featuring 66 social media influencers from across Rajasthan will participate.

Influencer Divya Joshi highlighted a unique feature of the tournament – each team will have four female players, with female captains leading every team. Matches will be 8 overs long, where the first 2 overs will be exclusively played by women (both batting and bowling), and stumping outs will not be considered for female players. The remaining overs (3 to 8) will be played by male players.

Adding more, Udaipur-based influencer Roshni Barot mentioned that all six captains and players were present at the T-shirt launch event. She also confirmed that live streaming of the two-day league will be available for fans. Before the T-shirt launch, the tournament trophy unveiling took place in a grand ceremony held at Elro Resort, Badi Road.
