Three-Day “Amrit Katha” Festival of Baba Shri Ramdev in Udaipur from September 4 to 6

Udaipur: For the first time in Udaipur, the Shri Khatu Shyam Mitra Mandal Trust will host a three-day Amrit Katha festival celebrating Baba Shri Ramdev, from September 4 to 6 at Saifen Chauraha.

Gauri Shankar Agarwal, Patron of the Shri Khatu Shyam Mitra Mandal Trust, shared that this festival, organized under the Bhadwa Mahotsav, will take place at Shubh Sundar Tower, Saifen Chauraha, Udaipur. Renowned storyteller from Kolkata, Jayprakash Maharaj, will narrate Baba Ramdev’s divine life and teachings in his melodious voice.

The three-day program will be divided into thematic celebrations: the first day will mark Baba’s Janmotsav (birth anniversary), the second day will feature Leelautsav (divine pastimes), and the third day will focus on Byavala (specific devotional aspects). Considering the possibility of rain, the event will be held in a hall with seating arrangements for over a thousand devotees.

Gauri Shankar Agarwal extended an invitation to all devotees of Baba Ramdev to attend the festival, enjoy the spiritual discourse, and receive blessings. Being the first of its kind in Udaipur, the festival will also feature elaborate decorations, special bhog, and beautifully arranged displays (jhankiyas).
