Tree Plantation at MB Hospital under Rotary Club Uday's 'Harit Ashok' Project

 

Udaipur: A grand tree plantation drive was organized by Rotary Club Uday under the district-level ‘Harit Ashok’ project at the premises of MB Hospital, Udaipur. As part of the initiative, large shade-giving trees were planted, each dedicated to the hospital's senior specialist doctors, heads of departments, Medical Superintendent Dr. R.L. Suman, and Principal Dr. Vipin Mathur.

Club President Raghav Bhatnagar shared that several saplings were also dedicated to senior Rotary dignitaries, including District Governor Pragya Mehta, Past District Governors Nirmal Singhvi and Nirmal Kunawat, District Governor Nominee Deepak Sukhadia, Assistant Governor Rajesh Chugh, Seema Singh, and other distinguished Rotarians of Rotary Uday.

The event witnessed the presence of Club President Raghav Bhatnagar, Secretary Lalita Purohit, Past President Shalini Bhatnagar, Ritu Vaishnav, Naveen Vaishnav, and Ashok Linjara.

President Bhatnagar further mentioned that many members of Rotary Uday participated actively in the event, including Sunil Mathur, Sakshi Dodeja, Dinesh Sharma, Swati Makhija, Ashok Veerwal, Anita Maurya, and several others.

The objective of the plantation drive was not only to promote environmental conservation but also to express gratitude to the medical professionals who have been providing exemplary services in the field of healthcare.
