Udaipur: Preparations are in full swing for the proposed events to mark the completion of one year of the current tenure of the state government. As part of the planned activities, a state-level women's conference will be held on December 14 at Gandhi Ground, Udaipur. The event will include beneficiary benefits distribution, a departmental exhibition, a district-level exhibition at the information center, release of the District Development Booklet, and a press conference.
To review the preparations for these events, Additional Chief Secretary of the Rural Development Department, Mrs. Shreya Guha, visited Udaipur on Tuesday. She assessed the arrangements and gave necessary instructions to the officials.
In the morning, Mrs. Guha met with senior officials, including Divisional Commissioner Ms. Pragya Kevalramani, District Collector Arvind Poswal, UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain, and others at the Circuit House. They discussed the arrangements for the state-level women's conference on December 14, which will be attended by Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma. After the meeting, they all visited Gandhi Ground, where Mrs. Guha inspected the ongoing preparations. She reviewed the arrangements for VIP entry, distribution of benefits under departmental schemes, exhibition stalls, seating arrangements for women, and gave further instructions. She emphasized the importance of ensuring smooth arrangements, including seating, drinking water, food, and ensuring all necessary rehearsals for VIP movements.

After the site inspection, Mrs. Guha visited the Collectorate, where she held a meeting with all departmental and administrative officials involved in the event. District Collector Mr. Poswal provided detailed information on the activities, scheme launches, and distribution of benefits during the state-level women's conference. Mrs. Guha gave detailed instructions regarding the preparations for each activity.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Collector (Administration) Deepender Singh Rathore, ADM City War Singh, CEO District Council and Nodal Officer Hemendra Nagar, ACEO Anjum Tahir, UDA OSD Jitendra Ojha, DIG Stamp Rajeev Dwivedi, TSD Deputy Commissioner Ragini Damor, ASP Umesh Ojha, PWD SE Rajeev Agarwal, and officials from various departments.
