#### Induction Ceremony for New Student-Teachers Organized

Udaipur,  The Faculty of Education, under Manikya Lal Verma Shramjeevi College of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, organized an induction ceremony for newly admitted student-teachers of BA-B.Ed and B.Sc-B.Ed courses on Monday in the college auditorium. The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before the idol of Maa Saraswati by Vice Chancellor Col. (Prof.) Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Chancellor Bhawar Lal Gurjar, Prof. Malay Paneri, Dr. Dharmendra Rajora, and Dr. Sunita Murdia.

In his address, Prof. Sarangdevot urged the new student-teachers to focus on their holistic growth, emphasizing that physical, mental, and spiritual development are equally important. He said that determination of goals, time management, self-responsibility, and self-discipline are key to success. “Always dream big and achieve your goals step by step. If your goal itself is small, you will achieve little in life,” he remarked, adding that failure is the first step to success. Recalling the thoughts of the institution’s founder, Janubhai, he mentioned that if a student fails, the teacher is considered responsible, as the deficiency lies in the teacher’s efforts.

Chancellor Bhawar Lal Gurjar highlighted that Rajasthan Vidyapeeth was founded in 1937, a decade before India’s independence, by Pandit Nagar with the aim of imparting education to the deprived sections of society. He stated that the vision of the founder is now being realized. He also encouraged students to actively participate in co-curricular activities beyond textbooks.

At the beginning, Dr. Sunita Murdia welcomed the guests and introduced the objectives of the induction program.

Book Release: During the ceremony, a book “Mela Anchal Swaroop aur Sarokar” edited by Dr. Lalit Shrimali was released by the dignitaries.

The program was conducted by Dr. Arpita Mattha, and a vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Lalit Shrimali.

On this occasion, Dr. Sonal Chauhan, Dr. Neetu Panwar, Dr. Darshana Dave, Dr. Saroj Prajapat, Ojaswi Sarangdevot, Nalini Singh Chundawat, Sanjay Bhardwaj, Dr. Deepak Dashora, Kiran Jain, along with students, were present.
