Jaipur. A grand celebration was organized at Apex University, Achrol, on 5 September 2025, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. Shri Shrivardhan, Regional Prachar Pramukh of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. He was welcomed with a floral bouquet and a memento by University Director Shri Vedanshu Juniwal.
On this occasion, Dr. Ashok Acharya, Chairperson of Singhania Law College, Udaipur, and Governor-nominated member of the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, joined as the Special Guest. The presence of Prof. Amarika Singh, former Vice Chancellor of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, further enhanced the dignity of the event.
In his address, Chief Guest Shri Shrivardhan remembered the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of India, and highlighted the significance of Teachers’ Day. He emphasized that since 1966, 5th September has been observed to honour the contribution of teachers. He urged students to understand the qualities of an ideal teacher, the importance of character, and to take inspiration from the life of Dr. Radhakrishnan.
Director Shri Vedanshu Juniwal, in his speech, reaffirmed the university’s commitment to strengthening the quality of education and investing positively in all areas of policy-making. He extended warm greetings to the teaching fraternity, stating that teachers are the strongest foundation of nation-building.
As part of the program, the teachers also participated in a tree plantation drive, making the day more special and memorable. The event was conducted by Dr. Ajeet Sharma, while the vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Ashok Gupta.
Among those present were Dr. Om Singh, Dr. Kailash Saini, Dr. Priya Mishra, Dr. Pankaj Saini, along with many faculty members and students.
