Thakur Amarchand Barwa Memorial Institute Executive Meeting Held

Udaipur: The executive meeting of the Thakur Amarchand Barwa Memorial Institute was held under the chairmanship of Professor Vimal Sharma at his private residence. Organization Secretary Jaikishan Choubey informed that the first authentic book on Thakur Amarchand Barwa has been published, with 1,000 copies now available. The meeting featured an in-depth discussion on the book's inauguration and the accompanying lecture series.

General Secretary Dr. Rajendra Nath Purohit shared that the lecture series will include Professor B.P. Sharma speaking on “18th Century Maratha-Mewar Relations” and Dr. J.K. Ojha presenting detailed insights on “Mewar During Barwa’s Era.” Professor Vimal Sharma urged new researchers to gather and present fresh findings on the Mewar-Maratha Shipra War and Thakur Amarchand Barwa's life after his tenure as Prime Minister.

The responsibility for organizing the lecture series and book launch was entrusted to Dr. Manish Shrimali and Dr. Kul Shekhar Vyas. A vote of thanks was delivered by Ganesh Lal Nagda.

The meeting saw participation from Inder Singh Ranawat, Dr. Ramakant Sharma, Rajendra Prasad Sanadya, Haji Sardar Mohammad, Manohar Lal Mundra, Suresh Tambeli, Om Prakash Mali, Jagdish Purohit, Gilroy, and Chandraprakash Chittora, among others.
