Stating that reaching the benefits of schemes to the last person is his priority, Arvind Poswal, the newly appointed District Collector of Udaipur, took charge of his responsibilities on Saturday evening at 8 o'clock. He has been transferred from the position of District Collector in Chittorgarh and has now arrived in Udaipur. Before this, he also served as the District Collector in Rajsamand.
Speaking to the media, Poswal mentioned that his utmost priority is to ensure that all flagship schemes of the government reach every individual. He emphasized that Udaipur is a district with a significant tribal population, offering ample opportunities for welfare work among the common people. He expressed his commitment to ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach every person. He said he considers himself fortunate to be in Udaipur and expressed his belief in the district's prosperity. He also mentioned that the distribution of food packets under the Annapurna Food Packet Scheme, initiated by the state government, is soon to commence, and his priority is to implement this scheme in the Udaipur district effectively.
Upon assuming office, Collector Poswal was welcomed by local officials, social activists, community organizations, and enlightened citizens of the city. Following the welcome, he held a brief discussion with additional District Collector (Administration) O.P. Bunkar, District Treasury Officer Naresh Bunkar, and other officials regarding Udaipur-related matters.
