National Road Safety Month: Awareness Rally and Street Play Promote Road Safety

 

Udaipur,  As part of the National Road Safety Month, an awareness rally was organized on Thursday under the direction of the Regional Transport and Road Safety Department, in collaboration with Rajasthan Women's Teachers Training College and Aadhar Foundation. The theme of the event was "Road Safety, Life Protection."

The rally was followed by a street play at RMV Circle, which aimed to educate the public about road safety. College Principal, Prof. Prabha Vajpeyi, shared that the play focused on raising awareness regarding safety measures and the impact of accidents on families. The street play emphasized the importance of following road safety rules and the aftermath of accidents.

Aadhar Foundation members, including Narayanlal and Gaurav Pratap, were present during the event. The program was coordinated by Dr. Jagriti Parikh and Dr. Ankur Kapoor Tuli.

Regional Transport Officer, Nemichand Parikh, announced that on Friday, a "Road Safety Life Protection—'Parwah'" pedestrian rally will take place from Motimagar to Fatehsagar Pal. Additionally, basic life support training will be provided to the public by Geetanjali Hospital.
