111 Honoured with National Gaurav Ratna Award in Udaipur

Udaipur,In a grand felicitation ceremony held at the ITI Auditorium of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur, 111 individuals from across the country were honoured with the prestigious National Foster Gaurav Ratna Award for their exceptional contributions in environment, medicine, education, literature, social work, and other fields that help connect society to the mainstream.

The event was organized under the guidance of the National Youth Parliament of Bharat (Digital Platform) and jointly hosted by the National Forum for Environment and Mineral Conservation and Foster/Shri Kalyaneshwari Charitable Trust.

According to Dr. Lalit Narayan Ameta, National President of the National Youth Parliament and event coordinator, the program was chaired by Dr. Lakshminarayan Ameta, President of the Environment and Mineral Forum. Ravi Chanakya, the forum's National Convener from New Delhi, was the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries included Kuldeep Sharma (ADM, Legal Services Authority, Udaipur), Mohan Murlivala (President, National Seva Pratisthan, Ratlam), and Ramjeevan Dubey (Retd. Jailer, Rajasthan Jail Services).

Prominent guests and contributors like Basant Kumar Tripathi, Dr. Rajshree Gandhi, Virendra Lobo, Dr. Sunil Dubey, Kishore Kothari, Anil Upadhyay, and others were also present on the dais.

Awardees came from across India, including:

Uttar Pradesh (5), Delhi (2), Daman & Diu (1), Mumbai (2), Chandigarh (1), Madhya Pradesh (1), Bihar (1), Haryana (2)

From Rajasthan: Chittorgarh (8), Rajsamand (15), Salumber (3), Jodhpur (5), Dungarpur (4), Banswara (2), Jaipur (5), Sikar (1), Nagaur-Didwana (1), Dholpur (1), Sri Ganganagar (1), Ajmer (7), Bhilwara (2), Tonk (2), Pratapgarh (2), Alwar (2), Pali (2), Barmer (1), Bikaner (3), Dausa (3), Sirohi (1), and Udaipur (32)—a total of 111 recipients.

Two national books were also released on this occasion:

“21वीं सदी में मेरा भारत” (My India in the 21st Century)

“अरावली की पुकार” (The Call of Aravalli)

Dr. Omprakash Kirad (Alwar) and Kusum (Udaipur) conducted the event.

Special honours were also given to institutions contributing significantly to environmental awareness and conservation, including:

National Forum for Environment and Mineral Conservation

Green Earth Naturally Society (Nimbahera)

Aravalli Nature Conservation Club (Kanera, Chittorgarh)

Miraj Group (Nathdwara, Rajsamand)

Foster Institute (for Environmental Awareness)

The program concluded with applause for the remarkable efforts of all awardees and participating organizations in fostering national pride and sustainable development.
