Industrial Visit to Pyrotech Electronics by ISTD

Udaipur | Members of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) visited Pyrotech Electronics Pvt. Ltd., located in Madri Industrial Area, Udaipur, as part of an industrial exposure initiative. Gaurav Kapoor of Part 1 Industry welcomed all members and gave a detailed overview of Pyrotech Electronics.

Following the briefing, Mr. Kapoor led the members to Pyrotech Industry Unit No. 4, where MCC manufacturing takes place, offering an insightful tour and addressing visitors' queries with enthusiasm.

Chief Executive Officer Mr. P.S. Talesra welcomed the delegation and provided in-depth information about the company’s innovation-driven approach, empathy-centered leadership, passion for excellence, and its unique workplace culture.

ISTD President Vidya Vinod, in her address, highlighted the importance of industrial visits in professional development. All members then introduced themselves during an engaging interaction session.

Mr. Talesra encouraged ISTD members to form a collective group to offer their expertise and services to other industries in Udaipur, aiming for mutual growth and development.

ISTD Secretary Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore expressed gratitude to the management of Pyrotech and all participating members.
