Folk Artists Remember Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar on Guru Purnima"

 on the occasion of Guru Purnima, the international organization of folk arts, Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, paid tribute to its founder, the late Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar.

Dr. Laique Husain, the institution's director, stated that Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar, the founder and director of Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, was a renowned artist in the state and the entire country. He trained hundreds of folk artists in the art of stage performances and provided opportunities for performances in India and abroad. Many artists still consider such great artists as their mentors and role models. In this regard, the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal organized a special program in the gallery room, dedicated to the revered figure of the late Padma Shri Devi Lal Samar. All the employees and artists of the institution paid homage and offered floral tributes to the statue of Samar Sahab.
