Udaipur: The police have solved the murder case that occurred five days ago in Kherwada. The victim's girlfriend was the one who committed the murder. She took this step out of frustration with the young man. The police have arrested the accused girlfriend.
It is noteworthy that even after the post-mortem examination of the young man's body found in the Som River, the body remained at the Kherwada mortuary for two days. After reassuring the police's explanation and the prompt arrest of the suspects, the body was cremated on Friday. According to journalist Hermab Joshi and station officer Sabbir Khan, the accused girlfriend, Hina Kharaadi, a teacher, daughter of Purushottam Meena, a resident of Lathari, strangled her lover Narendra to death by pressing his neck with a scarf. After that, she removed the victim's vest and wrapped it around her own neck.
According to the police, Narendra called Hina on the phone at night and asked her to meet him at the Lathari river. They were together from 1:30 am to 3:30 am. Before the incident, the deceased Narendra physically assaulted Hina under the influence of alcohol. In response, the accused used her scarf to strangle Narendra's neck. As a result, Narendra died due to suffocation at the scene.
After that, out of fear of hiding her identity, the accused opened her scarf and kept it with her, and removed the vest worn by Narendra, tying a knot around his neck and threw his body into the nearby flowing river. She then placed a large stone on the corpse. Later, she took the scarf and went to her home.
