Satellite hospital being built in Kotra area of Ajmer at a cost of 29 crores

Ajmer/Jaipur. Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani said that the satellite hospital being built in Kotra area at a cost of Rs 29 crores will fulfill major medical needs in the area. This 50-bed hospital will be a boon for critical category patients. Treatment, tests and free medicines for common diseases will also be available here.

 

Devnani on Sunday inaugurated the construction of a CC road to be built at a cost of Rs 30 lakhs in Kotra Krishna Colony. Earlier, the construction work of various internal roads to be built at a cost of Rs 71 lakhs was inaugurated in the area itself. On this occasion, Devnani said that development works worth crores of rupees are being done in Kotra area. The satellite hospital is being built in Kotra area at a cost of 29 crores. This has already started in the temporary building. One of the three service reservoirs to be built for the drinking water needs of Ajmer North region is going to be built in Kotra area. Similarly, development works worth crores of rupees are being done in other areas as well.

 

Devnani said that Ajmer North Assembly constituency is now developing in a new form. Development is taking place in road, water, electricity, tourism, education, sports, environment and various fields. He said that work is being done on a large scale for a permanent solution to the problem of drinking water in Ajmer city. Three reservoirs are being built in Prithviraj Nagar, Kotra and Lohagal under the financial approval of Rs 270 crore in the area. This will enable direct supply of water from Bisalpur. This will also ensure uninterrupted supply of water in the areas called tail end. There was a problem in the supply of drinking water from the pump house due to power outage. For its permanent solution, BTS systems will be installed at a cost of Rs 5 crore. This will eliminate the problem of pumping machines stopping in case of power outage. Also, to maintain a stable power supply, a gas based GSS of 132 KV capacity will be built in Hathibhata area. A super specialty block is being constructed in Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital. Also, food is being made available for one rupee for the patients' associates and relatives. The government has also made an important announcement in the field of education. In this, RIT will be established in Ajmer on the lines of IIT. This will make the area emerge as a center of engineering education in the coming time.

 

He said that projects like IT Park, Science Park and Leopard Safari will soon take shape in the Panchsheel area. This will develop this area as a tourist destination along with giving employment to the local youth. Also, keeping in view the administrative work and the convenience of the local residents, a corporation office has been constructed in the area. Its construction work is almost complete. Scenic places are also being developed for the residents of Ajmer. In this, many picnic spots like beautification of Varun Sagar Lake, Entry Plaza, Convention Center, Science Park, Leopard Safari will soon be available for the city residents. On this occasion, public representatives and common people including local councilors were present.

 

*Gift of 6 lane road will be given on Monday*

 

Devnani will give a big gift to Ajmer city on Monday, 18 August. He will lay the foundation stone of the road to be built from Lohagal to Janana Hospital at a cost of Rs 20.28 crore at 9 am. This road will be built with CC, asphalt, drain, gutter and divider. The program will be organized near the petrol pump. This road is being built by Ajmer Development Authority.
