Balaram Purnima Celebrated at ISKCON Centre, Banswara

Banswara.Balaram Purnima was celebrated with great devotion at the ISKCON Centre, Subhash Nagar Professor Colony, Banswara, under the guidance of Vishwatma Das Prabhu. The festivities included satsang, sankirtan, bhajans, and various religious rituals.

During the event, Acharya Abhinandan Nimai Prabhu and Abhay Gaurang Das Prabhu, in their discourse, explained that through such sacred rituals, devotion to Yogeshwar Shri Krishna is enriched, and the consecration (abhishek) of His elder brother, Shri Balaram Ji, with divine fragrant liquids, abir-gulal, itra, and sandalwood paste, accompanied by special mantras, proves especially fruitful.

Sadhika Rachna Vyas shared that Vishwatma Das Prabhu adorned Lord Yogeshwar Shri Krishna with special attire and ornaments, applied a divine sandalwood tilak infused with sacred mantras, and performed the complete aarti ceremony with spiritual teachings.

On the occasion, Achintya Dasharathi Prabhu donated ₹5,000 to ISKCON Banswara in memory of his father, dedicating it to the celebration of Balaram Jayanti. Prayers were offered to Lord Balaram for the donor and his family’s good health, prosperity, and love for Krishna.

Devotees were urged to chant “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare” loudly, clearly, attentively, and regularly to remain blissful.

The celebration witnessed participation from Chandrakanta Mataji, Archana Anita, Kripali Bhatt, Himani Pathak, Achintya Drishti Prabhu, Rachna Vyas, Kushal, Dimple, Sunil, Suresh, Naimish, Nikhil, Neeraj Pathak, Shabuni Mandal, Khushi Trivedi, Anjali, Deepika, Vibha Archana, Anita, Bharti, Chaitanya, and many other devotees who took part in the sankirtan, bhajans, and various rituals with deep reverence.
