Three-Day Grand Celebration of Maharshi Dadhichi Jayanti by Udaipur Dadhich Community

Udaipur, August 19, 2025 – A meeting of the managing executive committee of Maharshi Dadhichi Seva Sansthan was held at the institute building in Hiran Magri to discuss the upcoming celebrations of Maharshi Dadhichi Jayanti. According to a press release issued by Udaipur President Sudhir Joshi, a three-day grand celebration will be organized by the Udaipur Dadhich community on the occasion of Maharshi Dadhichi’s birth anniversary on August 31, 2025.

As part of the series of events, a cricket tournament, mehendi, rangoli, chess, and essay competitions will be organized on Sunday, August 24, at the society building located in Sector 4. On the eve of the Jayanti, August 30 (Saturday), a recital of Sundarkand, a cultural program, and an essay competition will take place.

The main celebration will be held on Sunday, August 31, at the Sector 4 society building, featuring rituals and worship, prize distribution, and honoring of senior members of the community.

The meeting was attended by Secretary Sandeep Dadhich, Vice President Kailash Sharma, Dr. Deepak Vyas, Kedarnath Dadhich, Treasurer and senior executive member Manohar Shankar Dadhich, Kailash Dadhich, Gajendra Rai Mishra, Sitaram Sharma, Women’s President Dr. Neetu Vyas, along with other members.
