Chandra Prakash Chittora Creates Micro Booklets for Diwali

Udaipur, the Lake City — Renowned artist of miniature creations and micro booklets, Chandra Prakash Chittora, has crafted a series of intricate artworks and micro booklets to celebrate the traditional Hindu festival of lights, Diwali.

Chittora designed a tiny oil lamp made from a grain of rice, and even carved a miniature diya from a writing chalk stick using precision tools. He also created a micro ledger booklet traditionally used during Diwali, intricately stitched with thread — smaller than a fingernail.

In addition, he made a rice-based rangoli, depicting Maa Lakshmi’s footprints, a diya, and a swastika crafted entirely from rice grains. Another notable creation includes a large lamp-shaped micro sculpture containing detailed information about the Diwali festival.

Among his other works are micro booklets dedicated to Maa Dhanvantari, featuring Ayurvedic knowledge, and Maa Mahalakshmi, symbolizing wealth and prosperity. Chittora also carved Maa Lakshmi’s image on a candle, transforming it into a beautiful artwork.

Through his unique miniature creations, Chandra Prakash Chittora extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of India on the auspicious occasions of Diwali, Dhanteras, and Roop Chaudas.
