####Leaders Visit Baba Ramdev Birthplace

Barmer. A grand gathering of faith was witnessed on Saturday at Baba Ramdev Avatar Dham, Ramderiya, the birthplace of Lok Devta Baba Ramdev, where several ministers, legislators, and dignitaries paid their respects at the newly built temple.

The visitors included Cabinet Minister Joraram Kumawat, Former Union Minister Kailash Chaudhary, Chohtan MLA Adooram Meghwal, Barmer MLA Dr. Priyanka Chaudhary, BJP District President Anantaram Vishnoi, and several other party representatives and local leaders. They prayed for the prosperity of Rajasthan and the nation.

Cabinet Minister Joraram Kumawat highlighted that under the leadership of Satish Poonia, the Rajasthan Government has already included the all-round development of the birthplace temple in the Budget 2025–26 under the Devasthan Department, with approval expected soon. Former Union Minister Kailash Chaudhary assured that no efforts would be spared for the development of this religious site, which also holds immense tourism potential.

During the event, the Temple Development Committee presented demands including construction of pedestrian pathways for pilgrims, road widening, bus services from Barmer and Balotra, repair and tarring of key routes, a rest house, tube well, and a permanent police post. Kumawat directed the district administration to act swiftly on several demands while assuring that the remaining proposals would be addressed at the state level.
