Jaipur, Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command visited Bathinda and Lalgarh Jattan Military Station to review the operational preparedness, training activities and operational logistics aspects of the formations.
Army Commander reviewed the Drone & Counter Drone Training Laboratories, state of art training infrastructure, and witnessed demonstrations on innovative use of drones. He emphasised task-oriented, realistic training driven by emerging cutting-edge technologies, urging absorption of niche systems, including AI, Drone and Cyber capabilities. He also visited various logistic support echelons including automated warehouses and explosive storehouses.
The Army Commander also witnessed Innovation and Technology Absorption displays exhibiting ingenious ideas. He appreciated these tech initiatives and emphasised upon the creation of more facilities and infrastructure to accelerate the tech driven transformation of Indian Army.
He interacted with all ranks and exhorted that all ranks must keep themselves abreast with the latest trends in, Technological Advancements, emerging Cyber Threats and be able to act as first responders to any threat in Physical or Cyber domains. He appreciated the professionalism of all ranks and commended their unshakable resolve and unwavering commitment towards the nation.
