#### Political Buzz Over Vasundhara Raje’s Meeting with PM Modi ...

New Delhi A fresh wave of speculation has gripped Rajasthan’s political landscape following a high-profile meeting between former Chief Minister and BJP National Vice President Vasundhara Raje and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Parliament House on Monday. Coinciding with Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s visit to Delhi, the timing of both leaders' presence in the capital has only intensified the political chatter.

According to political analysts, the core reason behind the growing buzz is that this is the first significant Delhi visit by both Raje and Sharma following the resignation of Rajasthan’s Jat leader Jagdeep Dhankhar from the post of Vice President of India. This visit follows closely on the heels of a much-discussed trip to Delhi by Dr. Kirori Lal Meena, a senior tribal leader and Cabinet Minister in Bhajanlal’s council of ministers.

Vasundhara Raje, a two-time Chief Minister of Rajasthan (2003–2008 and 2013–2018), is currently serving as the BJP’s National Vice President. With the BJP’s national president elections expected soon, her meeting with PM Modi is being seen as a potential indicator of her reemergence in a stronger national or state leadership role.

Although no official statement or photograph from the meeting has been released, political sources confirm that the meeting indeed took place and that its backdrop could involve significant political developments, such as cabinet reshuffles in Rajasthan or organizational restructuring within the BJP's state unit.

Adding another layer to the speculation is the recent tragedy in Jhalawar, the parliamentary constituency of Raje’s son, MP Dushyant Singh, where a dilapidated school building collapsed, claiming the lives of seven children. Raje’s visible anguish and her active role in seeking justice and compensation for the victims has drawn attention to her renewed political engagement, both at the local and national levels.

Observers suggest that a major reshuffle within the Rajasthan BJP might be on the horizon. This may include a new state executive committee, changes within the cabinet and departmental portfolios, and the appointment of new political representatives across boards and corporations.

Interestingly, this is not the first recent meeting between Raje and Modi. The two had previously conferred at Parliament House, reportedly to discuss Rajasthan’s internal political climate. The current meeting comes right after Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s Jaipur visit and PM Modi’s return from an international trip, further feeding the speculation.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma's presence in Delhi on Monday evening, where he met with Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Manohar Lal Khattar, and C.R. Patil, is also being closely watched. Sources claim that discussions during these meetings involved filling key political and administrative vacancies, future appointments, and potential restructuring at both the governmental and party levels.

CM Sharma’s visit is said to focus on political strategy, development agendas, and upcoming elections in local bodies and Panchayati Raj institutions.

As both prominent leaders from Rajasthan—Vasundhara Raje and Bhajanlal Sharma—conclude their crucial Delhi engagements, all eyes are now on what changes or surprises might unfold in the state’s political dynamics in the coming weeks.
