Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma Inspects Ongoing Reconstruction of Rajasthan House in New Delhi

New Delhi – Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma visited the Rajasthan House located at Prithviraj Road, New Delhi, to inspect the progress of its reconstruction work. During the inspection, he instructed officials to accelerate the construction and ensure that the work is completed within the stipulated timeline, with strict compliance to safety standards.

Officials briefed the Chief Minister that the civil work of the underground water tank and sewage treatment plant in the lower basement has been completed. Additionally, nearly 70% of the structural work of the upper portion of the building has been completed.

The new Rajasthan House is being developed with an exquisite blend of Rajasthani architectural heritage, featuring Dholpur sandstone on the outer walls. The building includes two basements, a ground floor, and six upper floors. Facilities being constructed include parking, lobby, cafeteria, waiting area, dining area, fountains, hanging chandeliers, and a grand atrium. The first floor will house a conference hall, library, and gym, while the rooftop will feature a terrace garden, party hall, and yoga room.

Visit to Batuk Bhairav Temple

Earlier, CM Bhajanlal Sharma also visited the Batuk Bhairav Temple at Janpath Lane, managed by the Devasthan Department. He offered prayers and wished for the prosperity and well-being of the people of Rajasthan.
