Seminar on Research and Teaching in BN Law Faculty

Dr. Jayshree Singh, Assistant Faculty of English in Law and Associate Professor in English, informed that Dean Dr. Abhay Jaroli, Faculty of Law, Bhupal Nobles University, welcomed Mr. R. N. Mathur, Senior Advocate of Rajasthan High Court.

The Honorable Guest had an informal discussion with the law students about the Law of Torts relating to the Ginger-Bear Case, the importance of understanding the Constitution, and its Preamble in the study of Legal Studies. He also talked about the IPC code and its 511 sections, which need to be studied carefully in theory and practice. He also discussed the discipline, conduct, note-making, and reading habits to be developed by the students themselves. With BNU's Faculty of Law, he focused on applying effective pedagogy to teach the subject of law, knowledge of the language for drafting, writing research papers and documentation, and starting the career of students enrolling in degree vocational courses.
