District Collector Ashish Modi Urges Coordination among Departments for Successful Implementation of "Developed India Resolve Journey"

Bhilwara: Under the chairmanship of District Collector Ashish Modi, a meeting was organized on Monday regarding the "Developed India Resolve Journey." A plan has been devised to increase awareness through outreach activities. The objective of the "Developed India Resolve Journey" is to reach out to marginalized individuals, especially those eligible for various schemes but have not yet benefited. The plan also includes spreading information about the schemes and creating awareness. During this journey, interaction with citizens, learning from them, and engaging in dialogue with beneficiaries through personal stories/experiences will be emphasized.

In the meeting, District Collector Modi directed all relevant departments to work in complete coordination for the successful implementation of the "Developed India Resolve Journey."

He instructed that every department, from the district level to the block and Panchayat Samiti levels, should have complete information about schemes related to their department. He emphasized the need to identify beneficiaries from all schemes and register eligible beneficiaries who have not yet availed themselves of the benefits.

In the meeting, important guidelines were provided for the welcome committee, cultural committee, designated nodal officers for daily activities, vans, beneficiary interactions, cultural events, and monitoring related to the "Developed India Resolve Journey." It was mentioned that block-level officers would be appointed as nodal officers at the village Panchayat level, who will ensure that all arrangements are checked and verified one day before the program according to the checklist. Effective monitoring of all activities is essential.

Additionally, through the Information and Technology Department, instructions were given regarding the upload of data on the portal. The meeting also covered responsibilities related to the flagship scheme under the orders issued by the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.

During the meeting, additional officials such as Administrative Officer Brahm Lal Jat, Additional District Collector City Vandana Khorwal, CEO of the District Council Mohanlal Khatanawalia, Secretary of the Municipal Development Foundation Abhishek Khanna, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mushtaq Khan, CMO Dr. Arun Gaur, Municipal Commissioner Hemaram, Joint Director DIOIT Pavan Nanakani, and District Information and Science Officer Arun Bangad were present.
