Udaipur,The Pacific Institute of Business Studies, Pacific University, is witnessing a dynamic blend of academics and co-curricular excellence through the formation of nine diverse student clubs, each focused on multidimensional development. Students from BBA, B.Com, and M.Com programs enthusiastically joined these clubs and have taken the lead in organizing various activities associated with them.
Each club democratically appointed its President, Organizational Secretary, and Joint Secretary. The oath-taking ceremony for the newly appointed office bearers was administered by Prof. Dilendra Hiran, Chairperson of the Faculty of Science and Technology. He emphasized the importance of taking ownership of responsibilities and highlighted the value of student-centric innovations being implemented at Pacific University. He encouraged students to actively participate in these initiatives to accelerate their overall skill development alongside academic learning.
The **Indian Cohesive Cultural Club** added a touch of artistry with performances in music, singing, poetry, and mimicry. The **Artificial Intelligence Club** introduced students to various advertising video creation apps, enhancing their tech-savvy approach to communication.
The **Professional Communication Club** conducted in-depth case studies on topics like Quick Commerce, Developed India, and the Hindenburg Research Report, helping students enhance analytical thinking. Meanwhile, the **Entrepreneurship Club** fostered creativity and business sense through logo design and tagline development workshops.
The **Creative Club** captivated participants with story-building and management games, demonstrating that business can be as exciting and enjoyable as any game. The **Yoga Club** conducted a Laughter Yoga session aimed at promoting a stress-free life, teaching students how to practice joy and mindfulness in daily responsibilities.
The **Economic Affairs Club** hosted debates on the role of AI in productivity and the ease of launching new businesses in India, stimulating intellectual discourse among students.
Adding to the excitement, the **Anand Sports Club** organized a thrilling Relay Water Race, testing students' team spirit and reflexes. The **Usha Sports Club**, under the outdoor sports category, conducted a unique version of rapid box cricket using softballs, drawing enthusiastic participation from student athletes.
The three-day festival concluded with an award ceremony, where Principal Dr. Anurag Mehta, along with senior faculty members, honored outstanding students with medals and mementos for their remarkable performances across the various events and competitions.
