Amarthoon:The monthly meeting of nodal officers and staff at the Government Higher Secondary School, Amarthoon, was successfully conducted under the leadership of PO Principal Arun Vyas, with a united resolution to ensure that state government schemes reach the last beneficiary.
On this occasion, 1,436 students of the nodal school participated in a massive rally, going door-to-door to promote the admission festival and plantation drive. Each student was assigned a target of 300 and each staff member 450, and the villagers were called upon to support this cause.
Nodal Secretary Chunnilal Dayama emphasized timely completion of tasks and stressed collaborative planning for effective implementation. In the joint meeting of nodal officers and staff, the following resolutions were passed:
Salary increments will be withheld for staff showing negligence or irregular attendance.
Proposals for disciplinary actions and salary stoppage will be forwarded for staff failing in tasks such as admission drive, plantation, illiteracy and household surveys, and re-enrollment of dropouts.
Principal Arun Vyas issued directives to:
Register Eco Clubs
Achieve tree plantation targets under "Hariyalo Rajasthan"
Increase student enrollment by 15%
Conduct and supervise illiteracy and household surveys effectively
It was also mandated that:
"No Bag Day" activities must be held every Saturday, with proper record keeping.
Nodal officers must attend the first cluster-level workshop
Student data entries be completed on U-DISE portal
All entries of workbooks be uploaded on Shala Darpan portal
Online distribution of workbooks and free textbooks is essential
Instructions were given for:
Conducting HWA (Health and Wellness Activities) as per state directives
Promoting students online
Maintaining records and reviewing reports of the admission festival and surveys
Sending proposals for departmental actions against staff with poor enrollment performance
Every teacher must maintain a daily diary
Further directives included:
Admission and online registration of dropouts and unregistered students
Coordination with Anganwadi centers
Updating result registers and exam records
Maintaining headmaster diaries
Implementing NIPUN Bharat program and making school assemblies more engaging
Ensuring benefits of student welfare and scholarship schemes reach the maximum number of students
Other measures include:
Ensuring regular attendance of students and teachers
Activating the school library
Applying for Inspire Awards in secondary schools
Promoting scholarship schemes at state and national levels
Participating in walkathons and sports competitions
Holding SMC and SDMC meetings every Amavasya (new moon day)
Maintaining school cash books
Promoting students on UDISE Plus portal
Data form completion for students in private schools
Ensuring no food grain older than three months is used in the mid-day meal scheme
Additional instructions:
MDM payments to Cook-cum-Helpers should be made by cheque only
Unused or obsolete material must be disposed of properly
MDM entries to be recorded on Raj-SIMS
Teachers must not carry mobile phones into classrooms
It was also decided that all nodal school staff must attend in a common, decent official uniform.
Short haircuts for male staff are mandatory, and jeans or tight, flashy clothes are strictly prohibited
Principal Arun Vyas stressed the importance of adopting a code of conduct with dignity and discipline. All officers agreed unanimously to:
Prohibit provocative attire, jeans, and tight clothing
Maintain civilized appearances, including short hair
Voluntarily adopt a single-colored uniform for all nodal staff in the future
