Udaipur – A two-day CME (Continuing Medical Education) and workshop on Regenerative Dermatology commenced today at Pacific Medical College & Hospital (PMCH), organized by the Department of Dermatology. The event was inaugurated by Dr. M.M. Mangal (President, PMU), Dr. U.S. Parihar (Principal, PMCH), Dr. M.S. Dewda (Head, Dermatology), along with experts Dr. Sanjeev Vaishampayan and Dr. A.K. Patra.
The workshop, which will continue till Sunday, July 13, focuses on “Regenerative Dermatology”, one of the most advanced and research-based fields in modern medicine.
Chairman of PMCH, Mr. Rahul Agrawal, appreciated the initiative, calling it a significant step in medical innovation.
During the workshop, Dr. M.S. Dewda explained that Regenerative Medicine is a cutting-edge scientific field that activates the body's own healing and renewal mechanisms to help in disease prevention, treatment, and slowing or reversing biological aging. The goal is to rejuvenate cells, tissues, and organs by enhancing the natural healing process.
Dr. (Captain) Arvind Poswal from Delhi, an internationally renowned expert in anti-aging and regenerative therapy, presented an in-depth session on the “Global Blueprint for Age Reversal”.
Dr. Sanjeev Vaishampayan, Professor of Dermatology, highlighted that Regenerative Dermatology extends beyond skin treatments and now plays a role in orthopedics, oncology, and gastroenterology, helping with bone repair, cancer cell-level intervention, and intestinal disorders, thus opening new horizons in multiple fields.

Laser applications by Dr. Ruta Joshi Kulkarni
Facial aesthetics by Dr. Ojas Kulkarni from Mumbai
These sessions aim to expose participants to latest technologies in cosmetic and skin medicine.
The workshop is being coordinated by Dr. Shivani Bhardwaj.
The objective of this CME is to update doctors with the latest medical research, technologies, and treatment approaches, enabling them to provide more effective and safer care to their patients.
