Lecture on "Youth Following Panch Parivartan in Nation Building" Organized

Udaipur : A successful lecture on the topic "Youth Following Panch Parivartan in Nation Building" was held at the new auditorium of the Rajasthan Agricultural College, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur.

The chief guest and speaker, Shri Nimbaram Ji, Regional Pracharak, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Rajasthan Region, explained during the event that in the current scenario, where there are war-like situations on the borders, the youth of India can play a significant role in the nation’s unity, security, and integrity by following the five dimensions of Panch Parivartan: citizenship duties, self-awareness, social harmony, environmental conservation, and family enlightenment. He emphasized that cultures and civilizations where citizens have adopted a detached attitude are now extinct.

Dr. Ajit Kumar Karnataka, Vice-Chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, and Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, appreciated the continuous efforts and contributions of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh over the last 100 years in nation building. He urged the youth to actively participate in the development of the agriculture sector with dedication, using their body, mind, and resources.

The special guest, Shri Parmanand Ji, Prant Sangathan Mantri, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Chittorgarh Region, shared that India is an agriculture-based country, and the youth plays a crucial role in agricultural development and nation building. He also highlighted the harmful effects of agricultural chemicals and stressed on stopping the use of these chemicals while promoting traditional farming methods. He encouraged the youth to take up self-employment in agriculture and contribute to the country’s economic progress.

Dr. R.B. Dubey, Dean of the College, welcomed all the guests and emphasized the importance of following the Panch Parivartan dimensions in today’s world. He also highlighted the college's achievements in agricultural education, research, and extension activities, pointing out the need for the youth to engage in these aspects for nation building.

At the end of the program, Dr. S.S. Lakhawat, Assistant Dean of Student Welfare, expressed gratitude to all the dignitaries, university management, senior officers, faculty members, staff, and students. The event was conducted by Dr. K.D. Ameta, Professor and Head of the Department of Horticulture.
