Jitendra Nirmohi to Receive Amarav Devi Pahadia Rajasthani Prose Award*

Kota,  The announcement of the Neem Prakashan Deh Rajasthan Language Awards 2024 was made today in a formal manner. These awards, aimed at the promotion and development of Rajasthani language literature, are given by the organization in the names of approximately twenty-four individuals from various walks of society under different categories.

Today, the formal announcement of these awards has been made. Among them is the top prose award in Rajasthani language, known as the Amarav Devi Pahadia Smriti Rajasthani Prose Award. The Amarav Devi Pahadia Smriti Rajasthani Prose Award for the year 2024 will be given to senior litterateur Jitendra Nirmohi of Kota for his written work "Rajasthani Kavya Mein Sinhagar". This work delves into the analysis of romantic poetry from ancient times to the present day. It also includes articles on both new and old generations of the Hadoti region.

The ceremony is expected to be held on June 9 in Deh Nagaur. Program coordinator Pawan Pahadia informed that under this award, an amount of eleven thousand rupees along with a shawl and certificate of honor will be presented to the author. It is noteworthy that prior to this, Jitendra Nirmohi was honored with the Rajasthan Prose Award by the Rotary Club Bikaner for his Rajasthani novel "Ramjas Ki Aatmakatha".
