Chittorgarh, The 483rd birth anniversary of Maharaj Shakti Singh Ji, a symbol of Mewar’s valor, loyalty, and sacrifice, was celebrated with great reverence and cultural fervor at the Indira Priyadarshini Auditorium in Chittorgarh. The occasion was marked by enthusiastic participation and emotional tributes to the legendary warrior who played a pivotal role in protecting the dignity of Mewar.
The chief guest, Rao Saheb Shri Rajendra Singh Ji of Shahpura, Member of Parliament (Jaipur Rural), paid tribute to Maharaj Shakti Singh Ji, describing him as a timeless inspiration. He recalled how Shakti Singh Ji’s courage and sacrifice in protecting his brother Maharana Pratap is a golden chapter in Indian history.
Special guests included Shri Chandrabhan Singh Ji Akya and Central President of Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha, Shri Ashok Singh Ji Metwala. In their addresses, they highlighted the heroic life of Maharaj Shakti Singh Ji and emphasized how his actions, driven by honor and duty, remain relevant for today’s society.
The event drew participation from across Mewar, including respected members of the Kshatriya community, scholars, youth, and students.
