Udaipur: The revered Sadhvi Viralprabhashriji, Vipulprabhashriji, and Krutarathprabhashriji M.S. (Thaana 3) were ceremoniously welcomed into Shri Jindattsuri Dadawadi, located in Mewar Motors Gali, Surajpole, Udaipur, marking the beginning of their Chaturmas stay.

Before the entry, a grand Chaturmas procession was carried out from New Jyoti Hotel, accompanied by devotional music and songs. Community members and women joined the procession, singing auspicious songs and chanting praises of Bhagwan Mahavir as they escorted the Sadhvis into Dadawadi. The chief guest at the ceremony was City MLA Tarachand Jain.

In the religious assembly held after the procession, Sadhvi Viralprabhashriji M.S. emphasized the importance of self-reflection during Chaturmas. She stated that Chaturmas is an opportunity to cleanse oneself of internal impurities and to overcome hidden vices such as anger, pride, deceit, and greed. The Sadhvi inspired attendees to take up vows of fasting, Ekasan, Ayambil, and the practice of ten Pratyakhyans to make the most of the holy period.

Members of the All India Khartargachh Mahila Parishad also presented devotional songs during the event.

Raj Lodha, President, and Dalpat Doshi, Secretary of the Shri Vasupujya Maharaj Mandir Trust, informed that on Sunday, 6th July, under the presence (nishra) of the three Sadhvishrijis, a special program will be held to commemorate the 871st Punyatithi of the First Dada Gurudev, Acharya Shri Jindattsuri Maharaj.

Dalpat Doshi highlighted that Acharya Jindattsuriji played a key role in shaping the present structure of the Jain Shwetambar community. His life remains a radiant beacon of Shraman culture, guiding generations on the path of self-realization, character building, and spiritual discipline, even centuries after his time.
