Rajsamand, Dr. Laxyaraj Singh Mewar, a member of the former royal family of Mewar, visited Prabhu Shri Dwarkadhish Temple at Kankroli during the five-day Diwali festival to seek blessings from Medapat Kulguru, Goswami Dr. Vagishkumar Ji Maharaj.
Marking his first Diwali after ascending the throne, Dr. Laxyaraj Singh Mewar followed ancient traditions and was escorted by Third Peeth Yuvaraj Goswami Vedant Kumar Ji as per temple customs. At the Govardhan Chowk, the temple band played melodious tunes while temple security personnel presented a guard of honor.
At the meeting hall, Dr. Laxyaraj Singh Mewar offered Dandavat Pranam to Kulguru Goswami Dr. Vagishkumar Ji Maharaj and received blessings. He then participated in the Rajbhog Jhanki darshan of Shri Dwarkadhish Ji, performed offerings at all major temples, and at Brijesh Kumar Hall, presented traditional Mewari offerings including floral garlands, clothes, sweets, fruits, and dry fruits to the Kulguru Goswami family, receiving their blessings in return.
Following temple tradition, Maharajshri draped a quilt over Dr. Mewar, while Yuvaraj Goswami Vedant Kumar Ji and Yuvaraj Siddhant Kumar Ji offered paan, beeda, and prasadam as part of the ceremonial welcome.
