##### Acharya Tulsi’s 112th Birth Anniversary Celebrated as Anuvrat Day in Udaipur

 

Udaipur: The 112th birth anniversary of Acharya Tulsi, the pioneer of the Anuvrat Movement, was celebrated today as Anuvrat Day at Mahaprajna Vihar, Terapanth Bhavan, Bhuvana, under the guidance of Sadhvi Shri Trishala Kumari and Adi Thana Panch. Participants took a solemn pledge to imbibe discipline, truth, and righteousness in daily life.

Sadhvi Shri emphasized that every step should lead to self-purification and societal betterment. Pankaj Bhandari of the Thali Parishad presented a devotional song praising Acharya Tulsi: “Tulsi tera upkaar na koi bhool paayega, dil ka har sur saragam geet tere gaayega…” Sadhvi Shri Rashmi Pragya also performed melodious songs highlighting his virtues.

Sadhvi Shri Nishchay Prabhaji spoke about Acharya Tulsi’s significant contributions towards women’s empowerment. Pranita Talesra urged everyone to emulate Acharya Tulsi’s ideals and values in their lives. Sadhvi Shri highlighted his work in Anuvrat Movement, Preksha Meditation, Life Sciences, moral revolution, mental peace, personality development, women’s awakening, cultural reform, and eradicating social evils.

Committee patron Shri Ganesh Daglia shared his experiences, while former president Dr. Surendra expressed his thoughts. Other dignitaries included Vinod from Terapanth Sabha Udaipur, Vinod Phulgar from Yuvak Parishad, and Rajendra Sen, Vice President of the Committee. Sisters performed Mangalacharan through songs, while Surat Sabha President Bhogar acknowledged Acharya Tulsi’s immense contributions to humanity.

The event was hosted by Sadhvi Shri Kalpaysha, and tributes were also offered by Sunil Itodia, Vice President, Terapanth Professional Forum. Notable attendees included Arun Kothari, Bhagwatilal Surana, Rajendra Sen, Sunil Itodia, Manoj Lodha, Pankaj Bhandari, and women leaders like Seema Babel, Jyoti Kachhara, Madhu Surana, Manju Itodia, Lakshmi Kothari, Kanta Singhvi, Vasant Kanthalia, Chandra Bohra, Kanta Kothari, and Suman Daglia.
