Inauguration of “Saraswati Shikshak Sadan” – District Office of Rajasthan Shikshak Sangh (National)

Udaipur, The newly constructed district office building of Rajasthan Shikshak Sangh (National), titled “Saraswati Shikshak Sadan”, was formally inaugurated on Saturday morning at Tagore Nagar, Hiran Magri Sector 4, Udaipur. The inauguration ceremony was themed “By the Teachers, For the Teachers, Of the Teachers”.

Nimbaram, regional pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for Rajasthan, addressed the gathering as the keynote speaker. He emphasized that teachers and education play a transformational role in shaping society and that teacher unions are not just movements for rights but also vehicles for national character-building. "True nation-building involves intellectual and spiritual development, not just material progress," he stated. Highlighting the need to preserve cultural roots, he expressed concern over religious conversions and encouraged taking pride in Hindu, Sanatani, and Indian identity without indulging in extremism.

The ceremony began with the unveiling of the foundation plaque and ribbon-cutting at the entrance. A traditional invocation of Goddess Saraswati and Bharat Mata, lamp lighting, a group Vande Mataram, and a Ganesh Vandana by young artist Itisha Menaria marked the start of the event.
