Gaurav Morning Cricket Club Donates ₹1.40 Lakh for Soldiers' Welfare in Udaipur

Udaipur: Demonstrating a strong commitment to national service, the Gaurav Morning Cricket Club, Udaipur, has donated ₹1,40,000 to support the welfare of Indian Army soldiers. The donation was handed over in the form of a demand draft to District Collector Namit Mehta, who then transferred it to the District Sainik Welfare Officer.

Members of the club stated that the Indian Army tirelessly ensures the safety of the nation. They praised the recent successful operations by Indian forces against Pakistani terrorists, which have further reinforced the security of the nation's borders and instilled pride among citizens.

Club officials emphasized that providing a safe and secure environment for the citizens is the result of the military’s unwavering dedication, and it is the civic duty of every citizen to support the armed forces in any way possible.

Motivated by this sense of national responsibility, the Gaurav Morning Cricket Club decided to extend financial assistance for soldier welfare. The funds will be channeled through the District Sainik Welfare Office to reach soldiers and the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation.

District Collector Namit Mehta appreciated the initiative and remarked that such acts of support and solidarity with the army set an inspiring example for society.
