Forty Wing Women Hosts Discussion on Empowering Women

Udaipur | Forty Wing Women organized an insightful discussion focused on creating a positive and supportive environment for women. The session addressed various challenges women face related to gender equality, mental stress, work pressure, parenting, and career development.

Leena Sharma, the key panelist, emphasized that to bring about change in society, women must stop paying attention to others' opinions and focus solely on their goals. RJ Anshuman shared his experiences on how children should be taught to understand gender equality through parenting.

Dr. Shalini Bhargav stressed that women should focus on both their appearance and overall health to lead a happier life. She also mentioned that women should support one another, fostering cooperation rather than competition.

The event was moderated by Dr. Harsha Kumawat, General Secretary of Forty Wing Women. President Shikha Singhal welcomed the panelists with an uparna and a token of appreciation. Nivedita Trivedi managed the event proceedings. Additionally, the organization announced that membership for the upcoming year would start in April, with the new executive committee being announced soon.
