14 RAJASTHAN BATTALION NCC TO CONDUCT ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP FOR NCC CADETS AT KOTA

14 Rajasthan NCC Bn is conducting the Annual Training Camp for 527 NCC Cadets from 27 May to 05 Jun 2025 at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

The primary objective of the Camp is to introduce a regimented way of life while inducing qualities including developing Camaraderie, Team Work, Leadership, Self Confidence, Self Reliance and Dignity of labour amongst the NCC cadets.

The cadets will be exposed to the nuances of a Camp Life where - in they would be applying the theoretical knowledge they have gained during their Institutional Training. During the ten days camp the cadets would be undergoing various training activities including Foot Drill, Weapon Training, Firing Practice, Map Reading, Fire Craft & Battle Craft, Social Service activities, Firefighting etc.

On 05 Jun 2025, the cadets will be participating in Cleanliness Drive & Tree Plantation to commemorate the World Environment Day. Keeping in view of the lessons learnt during

‘OP SINDOOR’ the cadets will also be imparted special training on Civil Defence techniques.

Overall, The Camp will serve the purpose of inculcating Defence Services Work Ethos amongst the cadets that is characterised by hard work, sincerity of purpose, honesty, selfless service, dignity of labour, secular outlook, comradeship, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship.
