Ravi Kishan: False Allegations Won't Tarnish Our Faith in Justice System

Gorakhpur: Recently, a woman named Shinova Shukla, who filed a DNA test application against current BJP Member of Parliament and actor Ravi Kishan, received a reprimand from the court. The court, in a significant relief to Ravi Kishan, stated that there seemed to be no grounds to justify the DNA test in this case. It was observed that there was no indication of any familial relationship between the woman's mother and Ravi Kishan. Consequently, the court questioned the basis for conducting the DNA test.

Following this decision, Ravi Kishan has adopted an assertive stance, asserting that those who attempted to tarnish his reputation through false accusations will not be pardoned. He emphasized that all those involved in orchestrating the conspiracy to defame him will face legal consequences.

This case gained attention when a woman named Aparna Soni, also known as Aparna Thakur, held a press conference in Lucknow, leveling sensational accusations against Ravi Kishan, alleging that he is the biological father of her daughter, Shinova. Using social media platforms like Instagram, she attempted to propagate these false accusations even to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Now, with the court's decision from Mumbai's Dindoshi Court, Ravi Kishan finds substantial relief amidst challenging times. While the detailed judgment copy is awaited, sources close to Ravi Kishan claim that this case was a meticulously crafted conspiracy, which has now been exposed in court. They assert that those responsible for such allegations will have to face consequences, and Ravi Kishan's reputation will remain untarnished.

With Lok Sabha elections looming and Ravi Kishan declared as the Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate from Gorakhpur, he is actively engaging with the public in his constituency. Observing the increasing influence in the region, his opponents resorted to defaming him, aiming to cause significant damage to the BJP's prospects. However, with the court's decision, it seems that justice has prevailed, and those responsible for false accusations will be held accountable.
