Banswara. State Governor Kalraj Mishra has said that we live in such an era and period, which is constantly changing rapidly.

Apart from becoming self-reliant in this era of change, contribute wholeheartedly to building a strong nation. With commitment and dedication towards society and the country, we will be able to achieve education's true and real purpose.

In his address as the chief guest at the fourth convocation of Govind Guru Tribal University, the Governor called for the preservation of tribal art and culture of the Vagad-Kanthal region. He said that economically and educationally backward villages should be adopted. The tribal community has the identity of Indian culture, but the irony is that the tribal area has not been able to connect with the mainstream. Take it and continuously secure the tribal society with the mainstream.

The Governor awarded Ph.D. degrees to 10 research scholars researching various subjects at the function. Also, gold medals and certificates were given to 30 students who got the highest marks in multiple university examinations.

Vice Chancellor Prof. IV Trivedi presented the report of the university.

Minister of State for Tribal Regional Development Arjun Singh Bamnia also addressed the function as a special guest. Principals and representatives of government and private colleges of Banswara, Dungarpur, and Pratapgarh districts affiliated with the university also participated in the function.
