National Unity Day Celebrated at College of Fisheries, Udaipur

Udaipur: The constituent College of Fisheries under Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, organized a National Unity Day celebration on Tuesday.

On this occasion, Dean Dr. R.L. Soni, Associate Professor Dr. M.L. Ojha, and Assistant Professor Dr. Suman Thakar were present. Dean Dr. Soni addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of national unity and urging them to always remain committed to the nation’s integrity and sovereignty. He also elaborated on the remarkable efforts of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in unifying the princely states and laying the foundation for a strong and united India.

Presiding over the program, Associate Professor Dr. M.L. Ojha highlighted the significance of National Unity Day and shared his thoughts on the challenges that lie ahead. He expressed gratitude toward the farmers and scientists whose tireless efforts have helped India emerge as a global power.

Dr. Soni further encouraged the students to consider national unity and integrity as their highest ideals and to move forward with dedication in their respective fields.

The program was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Suman Thakar, while Technical Assistant Mr. Babulal Jat extended a vote of thanks to all participants for their contributions to the success of the event. Students including Harshvardhan Solanki, Dilip Meena, Vikas, Seema, Ankita, Ritika, and Meena were also present on the occasion.
