Third Convocation Ceremony of Bikaner Technical University to be Held Under the Chairmanship of Governor Haribhau Bagde

Bikaner – Bikaner Technical University (BTU) will organize its Third Convocation Ceremony on June 2, 2025, at the E-Block Auditorium in the university campus. BTU’s Public Relations Officer Vikram Rathore shared that the event will be presided over by Hon’ble Governor and Chancellor Shri Haribhau Kisanrao Bagde.

The event will also be graced by Dr. Premchand Bairwa, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan, and Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Bikaner and Union Minister of Law and Justice, Government of India, as special guests.

Shri Vasudev Devnani, Hon’ble Speaker, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, will deliver the Convocation Address.

For the smooth execution of the event, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Akhil Ranjan Garg and Registrar Rachna Bhatia have appointed 20 organizing committees and conveners under their supervision. Preparations are being finalized by the organizing teams to ensure a successful ceremony.

During the Third Convocation, degrees will be conferred on a total of 4,080 students, including:

• B.Tech – 3,014

• B.Arch – 1

• B.Design – 8

• Ph.D. – 9

• MBA – 735

• MCA – 223

• M.Tech – 90

In addition, 27 Gold Medals will be awarded by the Governor to meritorious students.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Garg also held a review meeting to finalize the preparations personally. Meanwhile, all affiliated colleges of the university will also host local convocation ceremonies for the distribution of degrees to their respective students.
