Green Flag Off for Voter Awareness Rally Under Sweep Awareness Program

As part of the ongoing Sweep Voter Awareness Program to ensure 100% voting in the district for the 2024 Lok Sabha general elections, under the guidance of District Election Officer (Collector) Mr. Namit Mehta, a voter awareness rally was organized on Thursday in the medical department. The rally aimed to raise awareness among the public for 100% voting. During the event, nursing students and present dignitaries administered an oath to encourage voting.

The voter awareness rally under the Sweep Awareness Program was flagged off by the Additional District Collector (Administration) Mr. Ratan Kumar with a green flag at the Information Center Chowk. Present during the event were Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Chetendra Puri Goswami, Additional Deputy Commissioner (SAMSA) Yogesh Parik, and other officials along with nursing students.

Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Chetendra Puri Goswami mentioned that keeping the theme of ensuring 100% voting in mind under the Sweep Voter Awareness Program, a message of 100% voting was conveyed through the voter awareness rally from the Information Center today. Nursing students were seen holding banners and chanting slogans promoting voter awareness, aiming to inspire more and more people to vote during the festival of voting on April 26.
