Pacific University to Host Super Student Season-5 Today

Pacific University will present the Super Student Awards on Sunday, June 8. Students who have excelled not only in board examinations but also demonstrated remarkable achievements in co-curricular activities will be honored with the Super Student Award.

Professor Hemant Kothari, President of Pacific University, stated that alongside academic excellence, participation in sports, cultural events, and socially useful activities contributes to the holistic development of students. To encourage this, Pacific University has been consistently awarding the Super Student Awards for the past five years. The initiative aims to foster this spirit among students and raise awareness among parents that comprehensive personality development is possible only when students receive training and opportunities in diverse fields. This way, students will understand the excitement and charm of life and find multiple career options.

According to Professor Dilendra Hiran, Chairperson of the Faculty of Science and Technology, there is great enthusiasm for Super Student Season-5, with over 500 student applications received for the award this year. He added that along with the students, 120 teachers who provide training in sports and co-curricular activities and those innovating education at schools will also be honored at the event.

Such events enhance the relevance and breadth of education. Many prominent citizens of the city will attend the ceremony at the Pacific University auditorium to encourage the students.
