Royal Eleven, Hotel Trident, and Taj Hotel Win Matches

Udaipur: The eighth day of the Mewar Tourism Cup 2024 witnessed the first match where Royal Eleven defeated Royal Guide by 63 runs. Royal Eleven set a target of 159 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Sharad contributed 41 runs, while Amit Agarwal added 37 runs. From Royal Guide, Kamalkant Ameta and Nikhil Pujari took 2 wickets each. In response, Royal Guide managed to score only 96 runs before being all out. Amit Agarwal and Manavik claimed 3 wickets each for Royal Eleven. Based on his outstanding performance, Amit Agarwal of Royal Eleven was declared the Man of the Match.

In the second match, Hotel Trident defeated Hotel Uday Vilas by 25 runs. Batting first, Hotel Trident scored 161 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Pankaj Singh scored 54 runs, while captain Gaurav Choubisa contributed 33 runs. Giriraj Kumhar took three wickets for Hotel Uday Vilas. In response, Hotel Uday Vilas could only manage to score 136 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Akshay Singh top-scored with 32 runs. In the night match, Taj Hotel defeated Rafael's Hotel by 73 runs. Batting first, Taj Hotel posted a massive score of 210 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Mayur Mewada scored a splendid half-century with 76 runs, while Jitendra Puri contributed 42 runs. Ashutosh Shukla took three wickets for Rafael's Hotel. In response, Rafael's Hotel could only muster 137 runs. Karan Chaudhary scored a brilliant half-century with 60 runs. Akhilendra took 3 wickets, while Mayur Mewada and Anil Paliwal took 2 wickets each for Taj Hotel. Mayur Mewada of Taj Hotel was awarded the Man of the Match for his excellent batting performance.
