### Sweetness of Mango Met with Talent

Udaipur,  The Udaipur Master Chef team hosted a vibrant Mango Special Cooking Competition at Madhushree Banquet Hall, Ashoka Palace on Sunday, where over 45 participants showcased a remarkable fusion of taste and creativity using mango as the star ingredient.

Event coordinator Bhumi Trivedi announced that Disha Bajaj and Shobhana Bhatnagar jointly won the first prize, with Disha impressing the jury with her Mango Milk Cake Pudding.

Founder Mukesh Madhwani shared that Riya Kalra secured the second position, while Muskan Kasturi, Anju Chopra, and Urmi Varlani were jointly awarded the third prize for their unique creations.

The panel of judges included Girish Rajani, Rakesh Somani, Chef Nirmala Soni, Puneet Saxena, Chef Vikram Madhwani, Chef Karan Madhwani, Sarika Makhija, Jyoti Rajani, Poonam Bho, and Chef Rashmi Kishore.

Madhwani emphasized,

"Our goal was to elevate a common fruit like mango into an extraordinary medium of imagination, and the participants proved that culinary talent knows no bounds."

Ashoka Green’s director and chef Vikram Madhwani noted the exceptional presentation and flavor, praising the city's hidden culinary gems for their confident showcase.

Chef Rashmi Kishore, representing Miraya Luxury Cakes, lauded the time management, innovation, and balanced use of mango by all participants.

Poonam Paliwal of Aditi Stores appreciated the enthusiasm and effort put into the dishes, stating every participant brought something unique to the table.

Co-coordinator Premlata Kumawat concluded by mentioning that previous winners were felicitated with trophies and mementoes, while this year’s winners will be honored in the next edition.
