Udaipur: In a collaborative effort between the Innerwheel Club Udaipur and the Women’s Society, a significant stride has been made towards women’s self-reliance. A dedicated room has been constructed to provide vocational training in skills such as sewing, envelope making, candle making, and mehndi application. The objective of the program is to facilitate skill development among women, providing them with employment opportunities.

Innerwheel Club President Chandrakala Kothari highlighted that this noble initiative received extensive support from numerous Innerwheel members, including Maya Kumbhat, Dr. Sweety Chhabra, Sharda Talesra, Chandrakanta Mehta, Yashwant Bhansali, Sundari Chatwani, Sushila Bhandari, Rita Mahajan, Rita Bafna, and Rekha Sankhlecha.

Club Secretary Dr. Seema Champawat emphasized the importance of giving back to society and the nation, stating, “What we give back to society is of utmost importance. This step we have taken will contribute to the progress of both society and the country.” Maya Kumbhat expressed that the joy of giving is unparalleled, and when it’s for the upliftment of women, it’s like a cherry on top.

IPPP Dr. Sweety Chhabra, speaking as a distinguished guest and supporter, reiterated their commitment to the continuous development of women. She stated, "We are constantly striving for the advancement of women."
