"Rain Drains Protects The Roads "

(DrPCJain).Water is the enemy of Coal tar roads ,so when there is clogging of rain water on the roads it gets eroded .Proper Rain Drains ( Holes,Net ,Lids ) not only protects the roads but at the same time drains this precious rain water for storage as i have seen in my Europe Tour recently & in Houston ,in America.My observation is


1.At various & Proper places on road side there are rain drains in both Europe & USA.
2.Roads are elevated from the center so that the rain water flows towards the rain drains so as to protects the roads.
3.Various kinds of Rain Drains like in Houston a thick Iron Net through which rain water is drains leaving behinds the leaves etc.
4.In ancient Rome various types of rain drains seen which do not allows water to collect on the roads & erode it .
if we also follows this simple technique of Rain Drains at various & proper places than we can prevent floods & protect our roads during rains from eroding & millions Of Rupees for repairs after Monsoon.
