Disaster Management Training Conducted by Civil Defence Team at Aishwarya College, Udaipur

Udaipur:A one-day disaster management training program was organized at Aishwarya College, Udaipur, in collaboration with the District Disaster Management Office. The training was conducted by Civil Defence trainer Ravi Sharma and his team, who provided valuable insights to the students on disaster preparedness and response techniques.

During the session, students were educated on both theoretical and practical aspects of disaster management. Under the guidance of the Civil Defence team, they learned essential life-saving skills such as administering first aid during emergencies, fire safety measures, safely evacuating injured persons, and other rescue techniques.

The team also explained how to stay safe and assist others during natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, and fire outbreaks. Students were taught the importance of teamwork, coordination, and quick decision-making in crisis situations.

College Principal Dr. Ritu Paliwal appreciated the initiative and stated that such programs instill a sense of social responsibility in youth and equip them to handle emergencies effectively.
Students actively participated in the training and gained valuable hands-on experience.
