Announcement of 'The Diary of Manipur', Amit Rao's Debut

After the controversial film 'The Diary of West Bengal' last year, director Sanoj Mishra is now set to create a new film, 'The Diary of Manipur'. During a recent press conference held in Mumbai, Sanoj Mishra, who is the writer, producer, and director of the film, made the official announcement.

Through this film, Bollywood star Rajkummar Rao's elder brother, Amit Rao, will make his debut in the film industry. Sanoj Mishra is known for his unique approach of researching real locations before making any film and delving deep into the truth to present it authentically on screen.

While searching for the story of 'The Diary of Manipur', Sanoj Mishra reached Manipur and shared a video that is sure to shock viewers about the situation in the state.

Sanoj Mishra is known for making films on social issues, whether it be his films 'Kashi to Kashmir' or 'The Diary of West Bengal'. Now, he is making a film on the pressing issue of Manipur, 'The Diary of Manipur'.

The film will be produced under the banner of Sanoj Mishra Films. The co-producers of the film are Yameen Khan, Javed Deveriyawale, and Sanjay Kumar, while its promoter is Sanjay Bhushan Patiala. Apart from Amit Rao, the film will feature renowned yoga instructor Mansi Gulati and Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota in special roles. The casting for the rest of the film is still underway.
